How does your subscription service work?

We want to make it simple to get the ongoing support you need. At checkout, you can easily activate our NatureM.D.™ subscription option, which will deliver our products to your door each month.

You can set the amount of products you want, and how often you’d like them delivered. You’ll also receive an exclusive discount applied to each order.

You can cancel or change your order at any time.

How do I update/pause/cancel my subscription to a product?

Where are your products made?

All of our supplements are formulated and manufactured in GMP-certified facilities here in the United States. We source some of our unique herbal ingredients from trusted partners throughout the world, but we always ensure these ingredients are non-genetically modified (non-GMO), responsibly sourced, and of the highest quality.

What’s the best way to care for products?

• All of our products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration.

• Store product in a cool, dry place (between 59-86F/15-30C).

• Protect from heat, light and moisture.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Consult your physician if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medications, or have any medical conditions.

Why is my capsule/powder a different color or consistency?

United Naturals /Nature M.D. tries to use the highest quality ingredients it can. We also avoid artificial coloring. As such, the color and consistency our capsule could change, sometimes significantly, from batch to batch. Rest assured that all our supplements are manufactured in facilities that are cGMP-compliant and routinely inspected by the FDA. cGMP stands for Current Good Manufacturing Practices, and it is a rule established by the FDA to ensure that manufactured supplements are free from contamination, and are therefore safe for our customers. We are committed to offering only the highest quality and most effective supplements, which is why we choose only the best U.S. manufacturers and take the extra step of independently testing our supplements to ensure the ingredients match the label. Should I keep my GutRhythm jar?

If you are enrolled in a subscription, hold onto your GutRhythm jar from your first order. We are on a mission to help our environment by lowering our carbon footprint through reducing packaging weight, resource efficiency, and ease of transportation - and that’s where you come in! All future refills will be shipped to you in our air-tight, resealable refill packets. When your jar is empty, simply tear one of the refill packets open and pour its contents into your original recyclable jar. Yes, there are! larger options of any of our products, you get a bigger price discount. Plus, we often waive the shipping and handling costs on those bulk orders, too. And lastly, because we make our supplements in small batches to maintain their high quality and potency, ordering in bulk means you won’t have to worry about running out.

Returns and Refunds

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, along with shipping anywhere in the continental United States, we also ship to Canada and New Zealand

How long does shipping take?

For U.S. residents, you can expect to receive your package within 7 to 10 business days after placing your order, depending upon your location.

Canadian and other international customers: Your order may take up to 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, and may be split into multiple shipments to prevent any delays with customs due to quantity regulations.

Are there any shipping fees?

Shipping is free for U.S. orders unless noted otherwise a $8.95 shipping charge will apply to all non-U.S. orders.

For New York customers, there will be a $5 signature required shipping fee for all orders containing Synbiotic 365.

I'm from Canada, are customs duty and taxes included in your flat rate shipping?

Customs duty and taxes are not covered in our flat rate shipping and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note duties and taxes may be due to the associated carrier upon delivery and duty fees will not be refunded.

What is your return process?

  1. We will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to your email address.
  2. Simply print it and include it inside your package when returning.
  3. Please send your package via your preferred carrier to this return address:

5. Once processed, we will then issue a refund (minus the $9.95) return processing fee. You will also receive an email confirmation.

Refunds

We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, please follow the return process within 30 days of delivery date and we will provide a refund. Please note it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement.
