Is it coffee? Is it a smoothie? Is it breakfast? How about All The Above!
This delicious recipe lets you spice up your morning with golden, gut health-supporting goodness. Or if you tend to feel tired later in the day, it makes for a great afternoon pick-me-up!
Packed with health benefits from coffee, banana, cinnamon, and GutConnect 365, this drink is not only a delicious treat, it’s solid nutrition. Here’s a little more about this recipe’s superstar ingredients:
Coffee beans contain essential nutrients like riboflavin, pantothenic acid, manganese, potassium, magnesium, and niacin. They’re also rich in antioxidants, the compounds that protect cells against damage.
Bananas have a fair amount of fiber, and plenty of nutrients, including potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, magnesium, copper, and manganese. They’re also low in calories and fat. (But they do have about 24 net carbs per piece, so keep this in mind if you’re watching your carbohydrate intake.)
Cinnamon’s delicious, earthy taste isn’t the only thing it has going for it. This spice also loaded with powerful antioxidants like polyphenols. It also has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties, among many other benefits.
GutConnect 365 is the all-in-one digestive health solution that repairs, soothes, strengthens, and protects the gut lining. Formulated with natural super-nutrients and herbal prebiotics that specifically target Leaky Gut, GutConnect 365 is one of the only clinical-strength powder supplements available that contains 5,000 mg of the essential amino acid L-Glutamine.
With all these powerfully healthy (and delicious!) ingredients, isn’t it time to power up your blender and make this tasty smoothie? We think so!
To your health and happiness…
