Peaches & Cream Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

Blend:

½ ripe peach 

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 scoop NMD GutConnect365 Vanilla Cinnamon

Add-Ins:

2 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings:

½ fresh peach, diced

Method:

Blend ½ of a fresh peach, and all of the ingredients until smooth and even. Whisk in the chia seeds, and leave to refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

Once the pudding has thickened to a creamy, pudding-like consistency, divide it evenly into two servings and top each pudding off with diced peach before enjoying!
