Ingredients:
1 cup raw garlic
1 cup raw honey
Method:
Place peeled garlic cloves in a small mason jar and cover with honey. Loosely screw on the lid and leave to store in a dark place.
After 1-2 weeks, bubbles will form, signaling fermentation. Continue flipping the jar every few days. After 3-4 weeks, the garlic should be soft and tangy.
Refrigerate to preserve, and use the garlic and honey in recipes, or as a natural remedy to boost immunity by the spoonful!
