Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop GutConnect 365 Vanilla Cinnamon
- 1 cup almond flour or oat flour (your choice)
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup almond milk (add more if needed)
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- ½–¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients: Almond/oat flour, GutConnect 365, cinnamon, baking powder, salt.
Whisk wet ingredients: Eggs, milk, vanilla, melted oil/butter.
Combine: Add wet to dry. Stir gently until just combined. (If too thick, add 1–2 tbsp more milk.)
Fold in blueberries — don’t overmix.
Heat skillet to medium-low. Grease lightly. Pour batter and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
Serve warm with: Fresh blueberries, maple syrup, coconut yogurt or a sprinkle of cinnamon
