Total Time: Overnight Preparation (10 minute prep time, 24 hour freeze time)
Ingredients:
Gut Connect 365 Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream:
3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
½ tsp guar gum
½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
½ tsp granulated monkfruit, as desired for sweetness
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp hand-harvested sea salt
1 scoop GutConnect365 Vanilla
Toppings:
Pinch Ceylon cinnamon

Blend together all ingredients for the Gut Connect 365 cinnamon roll ice cream, and freeze in a Creami pint for 24 hours.

Remove from the freezer, rinse under hot water and run twice on lite ice cream. Once run, sprinkle with some extra Ceylon cinnamon and enjoy!
Bread Loaf:

If prepping in the bread loaf method, opt to swap the coconut milk out with coconut yogurt to achieve a creamier consistency. Blend together all the ingredients for the Gut Connect 365 cinnamon roll ice cream, and once blended, pour over in a bread loaf pan and place to freeze overnight.

Let thaw for a few minutes on the counter top before scooping up, and sprinkle on some extra Ceylon cinnamon and enjoy!
